Critical Reflection
At the beginning of this effective communication module, I wrote myself two goals in the introduction letter. The first goal was to be more confident in my presentation skill. The second goal was to improve my writing skill. Thirteen weeks have passed and I feel that have achieved what I was aiming for. This module has taught me various skills and techniques to improve both my presentation skills as well as writing skills. This module also helps me develop my critical thinking skills as well as my communicating skills. Throughout the module, we were given many opportunities to apply and practice what we learned. One such example is this activity where we were given limited time to research a certain topic and present our findings in front of the class. This forced me to step out of my comfort zone and improve my presentation skills as we need to improvise my presentation. This helps me to be more confident in my presentation.
